New Projects

        Our company have always been in a non-stop development to provide the best for our clients. The following examples are for some of our projects that are under construction and expected to be ready for use in the near future.

• Al Khobar Commercial Building Reconstruction Project:
  - Expected Completion Date: Delayed to May 2010
  - Location: Al Khobar city - Northern Al Khobar District, King Khaled St. and 8th St.
  - Office Space: 4 storey with an area of 6000m²
  - Number of Commercial Shops: 9 shops
  
  The project started in the 3rd quarter of 2008. The goal is to completely reconstruct the whole structure, expand it and add Two more levels for it to be a Six storey commercial complex. It is to be finished with the highest standards of today's life in terms of technology, security and safety. Along with central air conditioning and modern lifts, it will also be equipped with underground parking for our tenants that is card-accessible.

• Al Lo'lo'a (The Pearl) Commercial and Residential Complex Construction Project (Phase I):
  - Expected Completion Date: December 2011
  - Location: Al Dammam city - Al Amamra District, 9th St. Opposite to the Eastern Province Emara
  - Office Space: 19 offices
  - Number of Commercial Shops: 4 large shops
  - Number of Residential Apartments: 37 apartments
  
  The construction of this complex is part of our newest project in Ad Dammam. It is an Eight storey building overlooking Two streets and Two access roads. The ground floor and Mezzanine are divided into Two parts; the Eastern of which is dedicated for car parking of the highest degree and the Western of which is for Four large exhibition areas overlooking a vital street and opposite to the prestigious Emara. In addition to the aforementioned parking, another parking area will be constructed on the adjacent land for clients and visitors of our tenants. All this is the first phase of an even bigger project that is going to be announced in the future. This site will also house our head office.
